Product Review - Joe’s Jeans
So yesterday afternoon I arrived home to find a small fed ex box on my porch. I had no idea what was in the box, since I wasn’t waiting for anything in the mail that was quite that small. Well ladies, Christmas came early for me in California! In the box was a free pair of Joe’s Jeans compliments of their marketing department. And guess what else, I’m hooked!
They say in life, “you get what you pay for.” I happen to believe that is true when it comes to fashion blue jeans. The pair of jeans I received is the “Socialite Kicker.” I couldn’t find that exact style on line, however the regular Socialite jeans retail for $174.00. The Socialite Kicker is a cropped version of the Socialite, which is Joe’s Jeans “classic” style of blue jeans. I would have probably experienced nirvana had I received the “honey” style as that is probably a better fit for me, since I am, shall we say, amply endowed in the caboose area.
Okay, so they are a little pricey. But here’s the thing; I think they are quite possibly the softest jeans I have ever felt! Many brand new jeans are crispy and stiff to the touch. Not my new Joe’s. They slid on beautifully. And something else I adore, they are made with 2% elastane, so they have a little give to them. They gently hug my curves as opposed to looking glued to them.
Made in the USA, these jeans appear to be extremely well made. The stitching is lovely! In these tough economic times, I’m happy to purchase something that is actually fabricated in my own country.
To see which style of jeans would be good for you, go to JoesJeans.com and click on “shop by fit” to see their different styles. I’m planning on treating myself to a pair of their “honey” fit jeans for Christmas. But for now, I know what I’m wearing to work on Monday! Happy Christmas Joe’s Jeans, and thanks for the early present!
