Vampires are cool/sexy/hip because in some ways we all want to be one. They live forever, never changing... They take what they want, never getting caught... They have awesome fingernails... Now I'm being facetious, but you get my point. They get what they want without thought of anyone else, or worry. Basically, people want to be what they aren't and are in love with what they can't have. I sound kind of jaded... It wasn't meant to be that way.... :) It's just true- I'd love to have great nails.
